4. Gift Wrapping
We will gladly gift wraps your items upon your special request. Please write your instruction in the checkout form. We will charge accordingly, but it will be reasonable.
5. Delivery Services
We send our items through local mail provider, Singapore Post. Should you need other mode of delivery, please indicate under comments upon confirmation of orders.
5a. Local Delivery Charge
Normal Postage is waived. *Registered mail additional $2.20.
*Registered article number and month/year of posting will be sent via email to customer after item has been sent. You may check the status of your mail at http://www.singpost.com.sg/
Delivery time frame is estimated only. All postal mailing will be from SingPost, delivery schedule is under SingPost commitment and not MySummerShop. As such, MySummerShop will not be responsible for late deliveries as a result of SingPost schedule.
We will not be responsible for the loss of goods in transit due to SingPost errors. We strongly encourage customers to register their orders for assurance. We will take utmost care in packing your goods to ensure your order reaches you in the best possible conditions. We apologize we are not able to deliver to addresses with P.O. Box numbers.

6. Confirmation of Order
We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer upon successful submission of the electronic order. This order confirmation notice shall be within the same business working day or next working day for orders received after 6.00 PM Singapore time. The order confirmation email will include payment instructions for you to complete the payment. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.
7. Order Status
Should you need to know about your order status, please log into your account to track the order status.
Order Received – Order has been received and will verify shortly.
Pending payment via InterBank – Pending Customer paying via Internet Banking.
Pending payment via Paypal – Pending Customer paying via Paypal.
Order In Process – Payment received, processing order.
Order On Hold – When customer wish to add more items before payment.
Order Delivered – Items have been shipped out.
No Reply From Customer – After 3 days, if we did not hear from you, we will close order on our end.
8. Payment Methods
8a. Bank payment via Internet/ATM Fund Transfer
We accept Local Bank (UOB/OCBC/DBS/POSB) Transfers and PayPal payments. For Bank Transfer (via ATM or Internet Banking), we will need you to inform us that your transfer has taken place. Please include an underwriting of the Order ID, your email, full name, contact number and most importantly, your address in your correspondence and bank transaction id to help us expedite your shipping.
8b. Credit card payment via Paypal
We accept credit card payments via PayPal for all orders. All orders paid using PayPal will be invoiced in US Dollars. The Singapore-to-US conversion rate will be determined at the time of order confirmation and will use a prevalent rate that is equivalent to processing banks rate. For PayPal payment, we will be notified of your payment from PayPal directly.
Transaction Fee of USD$2 applies. USD$ is charge at prevailing exchange rate to SG$ according to Paypal Current Exchange Rate. Actual purchase and shipping cost will be advised in confirmation email upon placing an order.

9. Billing Accuracy
We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions are automatically processed and manually checked for errors
10. Cancellation of Orders
We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame. We will accept order cancellations only for genuine and valid reasons.
We shall not honour any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.
11. Exchange & Refunds
Goods once sold, will not be accepted for return or refund. All items are checked for defects and carefully wrapped to prevent damages in the mail process before delivery. However, if item(s) were to arrive in bad condition (e.g. torn, broken pieces), we’ll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.
For exchanges, we reserve the rights to do an exchange only for genuine product defects spotted at the time of receipt of items.
Customers must contact us within 5 working days from date of receipt of goods for exchanges. Otherwise, all our goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable Please include an underwriting of the Order ID, your email, full name, contact number and most importantly, your address in your correspondence.
We will not be responsible for any exchanges, refunds or repairs due to goods wear and tear incurred during their course of daily usage, or goods lost in transit while shipping and damages arising from shipping.

Clothes & Accessories are made from a variety of material. We are not responsible if you have an allergic reaction to any of the material.

MySummerShop have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown in our website.
However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any color will be accurate.
MySummerShop also have done our best to display and provide the measurements and size of clothes as provided by our suppliers. We cannot guarantee that the measurements provided will suit your size.

MySummerShop accepts wholesale orders. If you have the interest to put up our items in your boutique, please email us. Please also provide us the following information: Your boutique/company name, brief description of your current business, contacts and items of interest at MySummerShop.
Note that, delivery period will be different from the normal buyers.
